Raised in a family deeply entrenched in the export and import of knitwear and menswear, the connection and affinity of Ariane for the fashion industry seem to have been ingrained from an early age.

As a young woman engaged in a professional modeling career for many years , Ariane later transitioned into the role of a stylist in the industry. She gained firsthand experience of fashion behind the scenes, delving into its intricacies down to the finest detail.

"I am thankful for the opportunity to have crossed paths with numerous talented and capable individuals. It was an environment brimming with creativity, marked by a genuine conscientious and disciplined approach."

Following several years of owning a Fashion Agency in Munich, specializing in urban outdoor and skiwear Ariane seized a new opportunity to become sales manager for United Kingdom and Ireland at Essential Clothing GmbH t/a Elemente Clemente in 2013.

In 2019, Ariane decided to follow her heart and passion, returning to her previous role as a freelance sales professional and establishing the Ariane Kaiser Fashion Agency, catering to the markets of the UK and Ireland.

"Building relationships with customers is what propels me forward. I find great joy in the human aspect of this profession. I also LOVE working with British and Irish customers , I am finding their mindset truly amazing.My brand portfolio remains intentionally small and highly selective. I prefer to focus on promoting products that I am intimately familiar with and wholeheartedly endorse. Equally crucial, beyond being a marketable collection, it must never lack excitement!"
