Nazma's exposure to the fashion industry started early in her working career. Coming from an accountancy background she moved into general trading, importing, exporting , finance and sourcing different commodities with an emphasis on fabrics and fashion. Further exposure to the manufacturing side of UK fashion led her to the decision to follow her passion in fashion.  

From the mid 1990's Nazma looked for the perfect opportunity and found that in Sarah Pacini, becoming an importer and distributor in 1998. Since that date, Nazma has used her background to not only successfully establish a number of brands in the UK and Ireland, but to have the ability to understand what brands were suitable for each type of shop. This background, along with the establishment of a large West End showroom in Eastcastle Street and the establishing her own boutique for a number of years in Covent Garden, has meant that both the customer and supplier realise Nazma understands it "from their point of view", resulting in loyalty shown by the fact a number of customers from 1998 are still customers today. Nazma is still very passionate about the Fashion Business, always wanting to listen as to what customers are looking for whether they are independent boutiques department stores or e-tailers, and what new brands are aiming to achieve when they are introduced into the UK and Ireland
